Q: We are in the process of starting a 22,000 sq. foot facility. The facility incorporates the spa/salon/fitness/wellness industries into one location. We are in the process of developing a pretty comprehensive hiring process. With that in addition to what we are developing oursleves, I was wondering if there is somewhere I can look that provides job specific interview questions for such roles as an esthetician, massage therapist, nail technician, etc. Please let me know if you are aware of any resources I can utilize. Thank you.
A: Dear Colleen,

If you have any staff hired that specializes in the noted categories, you may want to use them as a resource to outline key questions concerning their area. Or take a look at the spa related industry website that offer any reference books- marketplace.

If all else fails than I would highly recommend you hire a spa consultant that specializes in team recruitment and development.

Good fortune on your huge and exciting project!
