YOU ARE HERE: Home Spa Development and Planning Financial Projections Determining Spa Occupancy Percentages

Determining Spa Occupancy Percentages

Spa Occupancy Percentages are determined by establishing the maximum capacity available (as developed in Modules I through III) and then working backwards. Occupancy percentages should always be on the conservative side. Maximal spa occupancy was calculated by taking the number of proposed treatment rooms and areas, then multiplying them by the maximal number of treatment hours, and the cost for each service.

Estimates of revenues and expenses are based on combined qualitative and quantitative analysis. Approach conservative on revenues and aggressive on expenses so costs will not be underestimated. These figures are very much in line according to financial records of comparable facilities. Should indicate positive support for the development of the project.
