If a place looks like it is right for you from a personal and business standpoint--approach the owner and see if they have the inclination and space to partner with you. you want to make sure the salon's clientele matches the quality of the client's you hope to attract.

When you find the right match, have an attorney review your agreement. Remember to choose your business partners as carefully as you choose your spouse.
