  • Place Window boxes in your spa establishment
  • Post on your website within your day spa on a bulletin board
  • Look for employees who are attending trade shows and advanced training seminars
  • Keep your eyes open for good workers in shopping malls, restaurants, laundry services, co-ops and health food stores. Look for good personality. Offer them a greater opportunity in a different field of work
  • Network with your product reps, massage and aesthetics schools, associations, and  human resource companies
