Have you asked a "Question" from your Page on FaceBook for your Spa? This is a simple but huge feature! Why? Because these questions can go viral! When you ask a Question from your Page (note it is a button right above the status update), when people answer the question - their answer is posted to their newsfeed!!! Is this an accident? No!!!
FaceBook wants you to use this feature to solicit feedback from your community. Why? Because this is the foundation of conversation. FB knows you need people to engage with your brand. Rather than have your question lost in comments, they made it easy for you to "poll" and created an incentive by socializing the responses.
What should you do? Practice!!! Ask a question today. Evaluate the responses and ask another question. Experiment with brands/products, services and any other question that people will have a response to! Writing great questions will expose your Page to a broad audience and help you build your community. Engagement is the first step to sales. What question are you going to ask your community?
